October has finally come! But don’t cry for the summer, when the month with the famous beer festival is coming! In other words – autumn is the best reason to grab a warm seat in front of the TV or wrap up and visit a venue to watch the most important sporting events from this month, live! These should certainly not be missed!
The World Cup is on its way! There are some group matches behind us already but the key phases of the tournament lay ahead. When the group stage come to an end, the quarter-finals will start on the 19th of October. After that, the semi-finals will be played on the 26th and 27th.
October will be as attractive as September was. There will be the Champions League, EURO 2020 qualifiers, domestic leagues and more. Let’s mention hits such as Tottenham – Bayern (1/10), FC Barcelona – Inter (2/10), Inter – Juventus (6/10), Manchester Utd. – Liverpool (20/10), FC Barcelona – Real Madrid (26/10) or Schalke 04 – Borussia Dortmund (26/10).
The F1 season is slowly coming to an end and the next two races are planned for October. Lewis Hamilton, with 349 points leads Valtteri Bottas, who’s on 249 points. At the same time, Mercedes have 571 points and are the clear leaders of the campaign. All they need to do now is maintain their advantage. Upcoming opportunities to do this will be held in Japan (13/10) and Mexico (27/10).
