WHY WE NEED YOUR HELP
Well, an important part of our job is to collect your information. In these days of restrictions and GDPR, it’s not that easy. If you add into the mix the number of channels available to communicate, and the need to keep information correct across all platforms, then you can see why we may need a little help from time to time.
WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION?
The first thing people think of is personal date e.g. names, emails, phone numbers ect. Beyond this, at the CST, we need to know what products & solutions you’re interested, the trials you need setup, for now long you need them, Sometimes we also need to ask for domains and an IP address.
HOW CAN YOU HELP
We understand that your time is a valuable commodity, so we try and keep the information we ask for down to a minimum. I’m sure you’ve been on websites where you have to fill in a couple of pages of information, “thank heavens for auto fill” I hear you say.
Our online forms for both personal data and the information we need to set up trials, contain no more then 4 or 5 questions, and these include your name! So they shouldn’t cause too many problems! But unfortunately, without the correct answers and the box for GDPR ticked, we can’t proceed without having to reach out to you again, taking up even more of your time. So please, help us to help you!
