At the 2019 IAAF World Athletics Championships held in Qatar’s Doha, American Dalilah Muhammad set new world record in 400 metres hurdles – 52.16. The new record is better by 0.04 seconds than the previous one (also set by Muhammad)

Tiger Woods has made a big comeback this year. He won his fifth Masters title, his first major victory in 11 years. He has managed to achieve this after a few hard years for him. At the moment Tiger Woods has 82 titles on his account.

In 2019 in WRC only 13 of 14 planned events took place. Rally Australia was cancelled due to bushfires. The best driver was Estonian Ott Tanak with 263 points. Second Thierry Neuville had 227 points and third Sebastian Ogier (who won in 2018 season) had 217. Both drivers are French.

The 2019 Red Bull Air Race World Championships was the fourteenth and final edition of the tournament. Rumour has it that a lack of support from venues contributed to the decision to cancel next series. The last winner in the history of the competition was Matt Hall from New Zealand.
